Agreements

By booking a session with Veer & Vlam, you agree to the following terms.

If a client does not adhere to the agreements, I reserve the right to terminate the session immediately. In such a case, the payment obligation for the full duration of the planned session remains valid.

Ethics

I adhere to the ethical code of conduct as described by Tantrawijzer.

Feedback is always welcome. This can also be provided anonymously via the contact form.

What I expect from you as a client

• Hygiene: Please arrive freshly washed and hygienic, or let me know in advance if you would like to shower. I may ask you to shower, for a fee, if you are not fresh, so that we can create a pleasant experience together.
• Illness: In case of a contagious illness or STD (for a tantric massage), please cancel your appointment. If you still show up, you will not receive a session and will still be required to pay.
• Punctuality: Please be on time. If you are late, this may affect the duration of your session. Also, do not arrive too early. You can ring the doorbell no earlier than 5 minutes before the start of our appointment. We currently do not have a waiting area, and arriving early may disturb another session. However, you can notify me of your presence with a message.
• Early Termination: If the session is prematurely terminated at your request, you will still be charged for the full session.
• Arrival: Parking is available on the street or in the parking lot at the beginning of our driveway. Ring the doorbell at the front door, next to our mailbox.
• Respect for community: The practice is located in De Groene Doening. Please respect the privacy of the residents. Please speak quietly when entering and leaving the practice room.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancel or reschedule your appointment well in advance if necessary. For last-minute cancellations (less than 24 hours in advance), the session will be charged.
• Openness: It is important to communicate openly and honestly about any concerns, fears, or physical limitations you may have.
• Alcohol/Drugs: Alcohol and other drugs are not allowed before or during sessions, as they may affect the experience and compromise safety.
• Boundaries: There is no sexual interaction between the giver and receiver.
• Care: Do not cause harm to yourself, others, or materials.

• Accessibility. Access to the practice space requires the use of stairs. Please note that the space is not fully accessible for individuals with limited mobility. If you have any questions about accessibility, feel free to contact us prior to your appointment.

• Liability: In no event shall I be liable for accidents, bodily or material damage, or any other claims.

• Invoice: A €20 administrative fee will be charged for issuing an invoice.
